If you see a tiny house, think of Courtney because she is obsessed with them and hopes to one day build her own. She’s also built quite a career in the West End and is thrilled to be joining the cast of DEAR EVAN HANSEN as it makes its debut in London. Read on to learn more about her.

I grew up in Kent, at home with my mum, dad, older brother and little sister!

“We can just watch the whole world disappear, till you’re the only one I still know how to see, it’s just you and me.”

4.) What’s the first show you saw (West End, Tour, Broadway, etc.)?

The first show I saw live I think was Wicked, but the first musical I ever saw was RENT on DVD and that’s where my love for theatre started.

5.) What are you currently binge-watching on Netflix?

I’m currently binge watching “Tiny House Nation.” I’m absolutely obsessed with tiny houses and one day I REALLY want to build one of my own!

6.) What’s your favourite app and why?

Spotify is probably my favourite app purely because I love having music on, in one way or another, music always makes everything better!

7.) What’s your favourite song to sing in the shower?

Probably “Purple Rain.” It starts off kind of slow and somber, but it builds and ends up being so EPIC, I love it!

8.) What’s your go-to London spot?

Picture House Central, it’s a quirky cinema near Piccadilly Circus. They have all sorts there, like the latest releases but also the lesser known indie films, there’s a coffee shop, a bar and a rooftop! What more could you want!?

9.) What’s a hidden talent you have that people might not know about?

I wouldn’t say it’s a talent as such but I do know my way around a pair of roller blades pretty well... or at least I used to, it’s been a little while.

10.) What’s the best advice you’ve ever been given?

To try to be the most authentic and true version of myself, not to change parts of myself for the benefit of others: “To love the you that you are.”

He plays the father who teaches us how to break in a glove, so it’s cool to know that Rupert learned how to play the piano from Andrew Lloyd Webber’s mother. Podcasts. Takes me into my own little world in the middle of a crowded train in rush hour and makes it bearable.

Usually vocal exercises.

This might be his West End stage debut, but Sam’s been destined for the theatre ever since he saw his first show, Phantom of the Opera.  He most recently appeared in a production of Once On This Island after graduating from Italia Conti Academy. “Get a house plant. It’ll make you feel more responsible, and then you can get a pet.”

He may have been born on December 25th to the Winter family, but James’ secret talent isn’t flying around the world and delivering presents. He does have a gift for performing, though, having appeared in many productions and playing the guitar. Usually whatever I'm working on or auditioning for! But if not, either “If I Didn't Believe in You” from The Last 5 Years or “Cry For Me” from Jersey Boys. Stagey!!

I don't have one specific place, but I do love Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square, or any Caffè Nero!

9.) What’s a hidden talent you have that people might not know about?

I play guitar, and raced go-karts as a teenager.

10.) What’s the best advice you’ve ever been given?

My parents always used to say “as long as you know you've tried your hardest, you can hold your head high and be proud.”

She’s a Londoner through and through, but Nicole has spent much of her life in Turkey and can fluently speak the language. We can only dream of the amazing destinations she’s shared on her favorite app, Pinterest. When she’s not exploring, she’s happily binge-watching her favorite shows on Netflix. I’m a London girl born and raised but my mum is from Turkey so I spent a lot of time there growing up.

The first one I saw that I remember was Sister Act on the West End. I saw shows before, but this is the one I have a full memory of. Patina Miller changed my life.

So many things. “13 Reasons Why,” “Good Girls,” anything Marvel. I’m rewatching my favourite programme, “Doctor Who,” from the very beginning and it’s blowing my mind. Again.

Pinterest. I’m a sucker for cute pictures and quotes and I could literally spend hours on Pinterest.

“It’s Over” from Cheetah Girls or the beginning of “Enough is Enough” by Barbra and Donna.

I love Shoreditch and Camden. I’m an art geek, so I spend a lot of time at the V&A and Tate, too.

I write poetry.

“When you perform/audition, know in yourself that you have nothing to prove only to share.”

“First thing to do when you wake up is make the bed so you have a good start to the day. And when making a to-do/task list, put tasks on there that you've already completed so you feel more motivated to finish the list.” Top tip!

The first show he saw on Broadway was DEAR EVAN HANSEN, but Marcus didn’t always dream of being a performer. When he was 10 years old, he wanted to be a tailor and could make waistcoats.
