Defthand scans through the list, humming. Some of these are pretty common, to the point that even her lowblood Replayee has them on hand. Some of them are not. "Okay. I'm going to leave and get szomething that with help you. Sztay here. I'm just going to the ablution block and back, okay?"

“’Kay.” Zeimah seems content to stay put. Everything hurts a little less, if she isn’t having to move or think much. She looks around carefully, not really focusing well on her surroundings. By the time Defthand returns, Zei has started picking at her hands, focusing on what seems to be the very important task of pushing her cuticles back, with pauses to lick at the spots where she ended up nicking herself with her claws.

Defthand decaptchalogues a stack of bandages and starts staunching the flow of blood. "Hold sztill. And I need you to anszwer szome quesztionsz. Have you a headache? Doesz your pan feel foggy? Can you count backwardsz, in incrementsz of three, from twenty for me?"

Zeimah holds still as Defthand starts working on treating her injuries, “I’ve got a headache, yeah, but - I got hit in the horns. That’s sorta...normal afterwards, I think. Pan doesn’t feel any foggier than it usually does, that I’ve noticed.” But chronic sleep deprivation made that one harder to tell.

“Counting, um - twenty, seventeen, fourteen, eleven, eight...” It was taking her a bit for each number, but she was clearly focusing on it.
