Sometimes when you worry so much about soemrthing bad happening, you just gotta pretend that the bad thing already happened, and then you HAVE to push through, because you are (most) likely HAVE to fix the situation if you were ACTUALLY going through it (unless its a dead situation ofc). That way, the problem you are worried about happening, won't end up happening. Because you already fixed it in your pretend-post-bad situation. Clearly doesnt work for all situations but.
