i started randomly binging tvd in feb 2016 i think??? and i didn't really land on bamon until season...5?? the one where they were stuck in 1994 for half the season alone and i was just like oh hohohoho

idk they just have such a fun dynamic in that she's one of the only people (the only person???) who really didn't put up with his bullshit but also as the seasons went on did love him for who he was

and he ate that shit up!!!!!!!!!! like hes awful and a dumbass but respected and trusted her in a way that he didn't in other certain canon ships and like, you could actually see his potential of being not The Worst ForeverTM

idk kat and ian had a fun dynamic and bamon was the funnest part of the show for me

anyways legacies isn't canon bonnie didn't end up with enzo (loud booing) and elena is rotting in that box forever goodbye
