Need my summer to feel like these actually

I honestly don't think Kirk's reputation as a womanizer is warranted. A lot of his romantic interactions in tos are either non consensual or dubiously consensual (for him) or simply to get out of a bad situation. I feel like a lot of people ignore this. For example, in Wink of an Eye Deela kidnaps Kirk and kisses him without his consent. He clearly looks upset. Later, they hook up after she threatens to harm him and he looks miserable afterwards. A lot of the reviews on IMDB talk about Kirk being a lady's man or lucky that Deela was interested in him. That doesn't make sense to me. Also, in A Private Little War Nona drugs Kirk (and her husband earlier in the episode) so he would want to kiss her. Another example: In Catspaw Kirk flirts with and kisses Sylvia simply to distract her. She was holding them hostage and had just brainwashed everyone else.
