It felt like a thunder striking right the middle of his whole beind, hitting his very core and shaking him like he had never felt before. It was a new but familiar feeling for he had never left his family before, the time he left was the only one and took so long to return ... he couldn't do it again.
The glass of water he was holding crashed on the ground, glass and cool liquid splatting at his feet.
Quetzalcoatl freezed in his place, he could swear the ground had quivered under his shoes. He swallowed tickly, couldn't be...he was...not ready.
Even when the air wasn't vital for him, even where his lungs were filled in his dying divinity he felt like choking, he couldn't breathe and had to hold himself from something to stay on his feet.
He didn't even dare to say his name, not yet...not there.
The God blinked once, twice and finally moved...where he was heading? He didn't know...but he knew he had to move, walk, whatever to get to where he was being called, almost as if his body was being dragged.
It took him some time, the night was chilly but that couldn't matter less at the moment. Hands shaking by the weather but also the growing feeling inside him that felt like it was going to crush his ribs and make his heart explode and just rip his whole body appart.
He walked, the grass slightly tall, there was no people around and no other sound but the buzzing of the artificial lights...some bugs flying around them and only if you payed enough attention you could hear the cars driving by ....but they were far enough to be a problem.
Quetzalcoatl clenched his hands into fist, looking around and fearing for what he could see because again...he wasn't ready.
Again his throat moved with the saliva that he forced down though his lips felt dry, his heart was racing and then...he spotted...him.
Could it be?
He wanted to run, part away and part towards him ...he wanted to scream but his voice felt like it wasn't even there so he approached...closer...
" Tialli? " He spoke quietly, almost shy and he doubted the other had hear him so he tried again, took a deep breath and with a more confident voice he repeated.
