H.O.P.E. HELPING OUR PEOPLE EVERYWHERE
H.O.P.E. is a United States Government Organization that was created after the earthquake in October 2016. Their main goal is to find the cure to eradicate the virus and get the US back to normal. They have employed scientists in various locations to collect samples, conduct experiments, and most importantly find a cure. They are not well known, and like to remain unknown due to some of the unethical extremes those employed by them have taken.
HOW DOES THIS IMPACT SCOTTSDALE?
Those alive have no idea of the H.O.P.E. organization. However, there are one or two members of the organization living amongst the groups. They heard the rumors about the results produced by Logan and are investigating to see if it is true.
