Ok, so I know you’re likely tired of reading about the Taylor’s decade of love, but please let me share my heart. There were many times during our dating years that we thought we wouldn’t make it. There were many times that we thought we were forcing it. There were many break-ups that happened before we said I do. But the shift in our relationship happened when we stopped focusing on one another and started focusing on pleasing God. See we came to terms with the idea that we had to choose God above one another and if one of us made the choice not to follow God we were ok not following the person. I am forever grateful that God used our relationship and ultimately our marriage to mold both of us into the man and woman that he’s destined us to be. We are by no means perfect, and He’s still molding us daily (some days are tougher than others). We still get on each other’s nerves OFTEN. Prior to meeting, loving, saying I do, & falling deeper in love with you I never believed in soul mates. I never believed in this idea that there is a person who God created just for me.
