   You could say he’d been following the girl. Watching her. Billy could tell from the second he laid eyes on her that she was behind it. When she stopped and spoke he sighed. “Oh Jill. What happened to that sweet little baby Sid and I used to watch?” He asked. “Killing your friends now huh? How original.” Billy smirked.

“jesus!”  some goddamn horror movie scene; they’ve jump scared each other. sam rolls her eyes and brushes back stray hairs.  “what are you doing out here anyway? fuck, i looked outside and saw someone standing in the yard  —  you scared the shit out’ve me.”  it’s not another white mask, but jill’s presence is just as eerie. everyone in woodsboro knows that jill roberts is a cold blooded killer ... why the law let her go so early, sam has no fucking clue. either way, she will not be getting stabbed in the back  —  literally or metaphorically.

"Good thing our plans mostly involve staying in." Because what else were you going to do at a cabin high in the mountains? Opening the backdoor of her dad's car, she ignored the snow pelting down on her as she began to grab at the grocery bags. Did they overbuy? Possibly. But since it was now looking that they were going to be literally stuck inside the cabin for the weekend, that might not have been the worse thing.
