Ford’s Garage will give you the vibe of being in a 1920’s service station/prohibition bar with its old style brick, dark colors, rich wood and hand-hammered copper bar top. With many more unique features too numerous to list, really making The Garage a fun place to visit! There a gourmet burger bar serving up the finest varieties of Black Angus Beef, American Kobe, turkey, chicken, tuna, seafood and vegetarian products coupled with All Natural aged Cheeses and gourmet toppings. Our first day visit had hundreds of exciting guests at 11am, they had a wait a couple hours later.Best Dearborn Burger by far the Black Angus always fresh never frozen, yeah you can taste the wonderful Beef flavor. We started with the Tower of Onion Rings plenty to share with a table of 4, so delicious stacked high on a 1920's style oil funnel which I used for a BEER BONG to finish me Beer a marvelous IPA by Dearborn Brewery just down the street. We had Mushroom Burger with OMG Mac n Cheese, Me Bill Freehan classic Burger I added a patty full one pound of Medium Juicy great Burger a instant addiction. Added for up charge the Mac and me Fabulous Pork n Beans with Bacon strip on top. The selection of Beer's they call F150 be 40 Beer's on tap and 110 Bottles. Went for the Burger of the Month a special made Asiago Cheese bun he grills both sides on the flat top truly brings all that flavor out, I always get Double Beef Pattys so freaking fresh never frozen, he picks up order daily fresh ground Halal WOWS when biting into Burger the juices flowing down me chip,,, yum o , wife had the double patty Gladiator a best seller in Dearborn and oh yeah baby those Onion Rings spot on delicious. A new Fry today be Sal's Chicken, Cheese, Slaw Fries,,, yep these be the best ever topped fries , hat's off to you for making these a whole meal itself. He got a whole Fry menu going on. We visit once per month always checking out his new creation.
