There are many issues about Downtown L.A. lofts and condos that are hard to look up online.  One of these issues is litigation and lawsuits.   Here’s a question that we received this week:

Can you tell me anything about lawsuits at 1100 Wilshire?

What the hell am I suppose to say in this?

I guess you can say that this is an add-on to the previous letter I sent. An explanation, if you will.

Okay, seriously though. I'm sorry. It was a dick move to send that howler. I was angry, and like I told Draco, that's definitely not a reason to do what I did. But I did it anyway. And I've realized how shitty that was. After being cool with you, I forgot how shitty you were treated at school. No one deserves that. And you didn't deserve that howler.

I was being a stubborn ass with Draco when he yelled at me for it. It took two people yelling at me to realize what a dick I am. I get it now. Why did I send the damn howler when you did nothing wrong? I use the word 'wrong' loosely, though. I still don't think it was fair to Draco that you sent that ring back with no recollection of what it was. But hey, my opinions don't matter.

Long story short, I'm sorry. I don't expect you to accept it. It's just out there.

I hope you know how much a bastard you are. I was actually pretty fucking cool with you then you go and do this shit. What the fuck kind of person does that? In case you're too stupid and don't know what I'm talking about, I'm talking about Draco. The guy that's completely fucking madly in love with you! The guy who is so miserable now, so fucking worked up over a no good piece of shit like you, that he got himself sick!

He's my best friend, even after all the shit I put him through. He does not deserve to get hurt like this by the likes of you, or anyone else for that matter. And he definitely didn't deserve to get that kind of fucking news--or that fucking ring--through a fucking letter!

You're going to regret ever having done this, you little bastard. You just lost the most amazing guy you've ever had the pleasure of simply knowing.
