Stealing a Quinnjet Like A Boss || Carol and Wade
You've got to hand it to Stark, the man does know how to build a fantastic plane. Carol lets out a low whistle as she runs her hand over the machine that's sitting in the hanger bay. Even though she can actually fly now, she still gets craving to just go out an pilot a plane again. She's good at it, and if you pressed her about her skill, she'd probably tell you that she's the best.
She gets to the door of the plane, and bites the corner of her lip. Surely no one would notice if she took it out for a spin. After all, she'd no doubt return it in one piece - unless someone decided that it would be a fabulous idea to attack her. No wait, even then she'd get it back in one piece. After all, she's just that good. However, one thing she's not good at apparently, is paying attention. It isn't until the person - at least, she hopes it's a person - has made it half way across the room before she hears the footsteps and spins around to see who it is.
Not from the cold (Wade and Raven)
Raven was murmuring under her breath, trying to remember what she'd told herself she'd accomplish today, a thumb absently brushing across the curve of Lucky's frontal bone.
She'd noticed the greenery around the tower, much to her amusement, earlier. It really shouldn't have surprised her. And yet, she forgot to brook caution when moving through halls and doorways.
A sprig of green and silver hung from a particular hallway on the way to the lounge and Raven had almost walked under it with someone previously. She wasn't normally suspiscious, but then again, it wasn't normally Christmas. Sprig in the back of her mind, she almost didn't notice when she left the lounge, walking past someone beneath it.
"Merry Christmas, stranger." She smirked, fingers catching his wrist and getting his attention.Â
