Sometimes, he sure as hell feels like it. There’s a lot of self-doubt and self-hatred swimming around in that fucked up mind of his. He’s often viewed himself as some thing instead of a person. A thing that heals too fast for his liking and can’t die (no matter how many times he’s tried himself). He’s the merc with a mouth but he’s also something completely inhuman.

But Bucky sees past that, sees the human he is, instead of how inhuman and mutant he is. He wants to make some wise crack but for once, Deadpool is stunned into silence. Not many people can say they can do that.

“’Course it does, you got shot.” Deadpool mutters - thankfully for her, they don’t have to go to the hospital because Deadpool’s gotten good at stitching up wounds. He turns to the side, reaches for a bottle of vodka before handing it to her. “Drink. Helps with the pain - trust me, you’re going to need it.” He waits, a couple of minutes while she drinks before he’s begining to stitch up the wound.
