   He thought it was a joke. Just another crack at him for no real reason. Somehow that hit home hard for Wade. It wasn’t easy to just.. say something like that and mean it. Especially with how every other relationship ended. Maybe this was just karma for thinking he could crack that joke without it coming back to bite him in the ass.

[ hold up. something was wrong. ]            "Ya okay, Wade? Tha' response didn't seem very like ya an' I know tha' ya love gettin' the last laugh in everythin'." [ he then stares at him, eyes narrowing to see what's the matter.                                 ----it couldn't be.                                                           did he really---? ]                "Did ya actually mean what ya said? Do ya actually love me?"      [ when he was met by silence, he growls, stomping hard on the ground and raising his voice. ]               "I need t'know, ya asshole! Are ya fuckin' in love with me or not---?!"
