It's kinda sad that Deacon changed because he fell in love with a synth and Danse changed because he found out he was a synth.
I keep thinking . . . should I applaud these people for never once challenging the shitty things they were taught by society and instead basking in the mire of willful ignorance and hatred?????
But at least Deacon is upfront ashamed and says he doesn't even deserve your friendship. So he has a full understanding of why he was wrong.
Danse, on the other hand, still believes in the Brotherhood and their hate mantra, even after the way they treated him should have opened his eyes. Would have been interesting to take him along for Railroad missions just to see how he reacted, but I completed all the RR story quests around the same time I completed Blind Betrayal.
