a charming two-story in the suburbs, within walking distance to at least two bars; three bedrooms and an office; master bathroom connected to the bedroom with a huge roman bathtub; spacious kitchen that i’ll mainly use for making cocktails february thru september because i’m still not much of a cook but god damn it i will bake the shit out of a cake for you; plenty of backyard for the kids to play in, maybe on a green belt; a relatively quiet street so i don’t have to have the same anxiety my own mother had about playing in the front yard; a basement to house a recording studio, a craft room, and sleepovers; basically an amalgamation of all the houses i grew up in.

quilt // how do you take your tea (or coffee)?

i take coffee with three or four creams, maybe two sugars if it’s really bad diner coffee; my teas i like with a lot of spice and black licorice flavor. my favorite for the last few years has been mad hat’s songbird/my throat hurts. they also make an indian black tea with almonds that i like. sometimes i take it with honey, most of the time i’ll drink it as-is.
