Just dropped this one off at the airport for her flight back home to Atlanta. Drum corps allows you to meet some incredible people. I am so glad to have met this one. Having some one like her to be able to vent my struggles and stresses was such a help. Watching low budget scary movies or the office on the bus at night with her was always a great way to wind down and decompress. Thank you for being such a fun, caring, and sassy individual. I'm at the point where spring training is three weeks away, and I don't have the money to march right now. Since I began Tiny Corps over a year ago, I have not once asked for donations for myself without my providing one of my products in return, and I have prided myself in this fact. However, at this point, after unexpected circumstances, I am $1,700 away from being able to march this season. After pushing so hard to raise the funds in time, I am now pushing my pride aside and humbly asking for donations. Over the past several months, my family has been struggling to make ends meet, and now we're facing the harsh realities of having a lack of finances. I will be paying for my entire college education by myself without any financial aid assistance given my father's untimely job loss last year. I know marching this season isn't the smartest financial decision for me to make, but at this point, drum corps is all I have left to hold onto. Drum corps has been a part of my life since I was seven years old, and, when I was finally able to march at 15, I absolutely fell in love with marching in the activity.
