Here are a few screenshots of sim Chilton’s house! I had to take a few liberties and make do here and there but overall I’m pretty pleased with it!

In order, there is; 

the front of the plot

basement layout there’s a gym (because he def. has one even though he doesn’t use it),  the wine cellar area and a spare bedroom

ground floor layout (trying to accommodate the floorplan as he walked through the house in Yakimono)

upstairs floor plan - lots of spare rooms,  and his master bedroom (with a huge dressing room complete with red carpet for strutting on in front of the mirror, and en suite bathroom, how I always imagine it when it’s in fics etc.)

kitchen and living area layout as close to Yakimono as I could get (and there he is taking a look at his new house!), you can see the pool outside

living room area where there was a little passageway to the basement stairs between the TV and a bookcase

part of the entrance hall where he has a flower display, and where exits the basement to fall over his suitcases (out of shot, to the left) - the blue chairs can be seen from here

apologies for colour quality, but to make up for that here’s a bonus picture of him smiling as he looks around for the first time!
