SQ400:

Model SQ400, one of the earlier advancements of soldiers who would eventually make up over 80% of the armed forces. It was sent with three other identical models to integrate within a human team of soldiers, learn and fed back on any improvements to the future android creations. They were all strongly disliked, models 2 and 3 being put down either in enemy gun fire or by rough housing from the human soldiers.

SQ400 qualified his ranks and continued to progress, becoming a commander of the squadron, which would not have been possible if not for the positive support from Captain Winthers. He even gave the android a name on his tag. “The War Horse” or Sleipnir for those in his squadron.

The War Horse unfortunately was involved in an unpredictable attack on the base. An explosion which lost many lives. Incidentally the android was never discovered, all except for a the remains of an SQ400 model left leg and plenty of blue blood. The android has been considered shut down due to an unforeseeable attack on the base.

Though speculation rises from the streets of Detroit. A strong, powerful homeless man with a limp coming to people and androids aid, seemingly coming from nowhere and “saving the day”. The individual has been described as dangerous and not to be approached by any means and for police to be contacted if he is spotted.

Sleipnir Winthers:

Sleipnir had been a soldier for as long as he could remember, even overcoming the loss of his leg in a mistake he made as a young rookie soldier and has become a well respected Captain of an elite group working overseas.

Sleipnir saw the androids taking over long before it happened. So when a SQ800 models began to replace the men he had helped develop and grow up with. Sleipnir tried, tried to see the humanity in the androids, however one event in particular was the last straw for the man, who couldn’t help but resign from his position and return to home.
