I know I’ve only managed DbD for about a year, but I do think that’s enough time for me to have experience to speak on this situation. I feel like the biggest issue is that some Hive managers don’t understand that being a manager is essentially just a glorified curator. There ARE added responsibilities, but managing is not all that. There’s no reason to act all pretentious about it. Asking questions such as “How can we reply to curators better?” is so out of touch and puts this artificial divide between managers and curators (seriously, just treat curators the same way you’d treat other managers; it’s not that hard and it’s no different). From what I can tell, treating management like a prestigious friend group is a huge part in what’s causing all this drama

So it looks like you guys have outdone yourself. -42? That's obviously impressive. Now obviously being the good little girl l am, I have decided to outdo myself too with a six hour timeout. I'd say this is actually genuinely ridiculous. Why is it now reasonable for me to get worried when I'm sleeping because you guys can't be mature on a kids site? No because this is genuinely infuriating; this didn't need to happen. Obviously I get the situation, some Gaehivians come to the studio think that the above the studio and that the rules don't apply to them. Well let me just tell you that the rules absolutely do apply to you. You're not special, you're not going to be treated any differently than any other curator in the studio and the fact that you generally think that is disgusting and honestly concerning. I worry for you future. This is ridiculous, sad and frankly a waste of my time. The rules aren't that hard to follow. I understand slipups but -42 is not one. We cannot be doing this. I will not allow this to continue. I swear if this happens again on my shift without a reasonable "excuse", I'll just close the studio until Daisy herself asks me to open it.Thank you to the decent people who didn't contribute to the countdown and actually tried to stop this. I do see and appreciate you.
