I have completed Day 1! I did eat an extra piece of fruit tonight (banana). The kids and I are watching a movie tonight and so I am up late after having a light dinner. I am ok with my extra piece of fruit. I elected to skip workouts as it suggests and I can already feel my back starting to stiffen up so tomorrow I may need to at minimum do the stretch workout. Isn't that crazy? Not working out makes my back pain. Best green smoothie ever! Evenings are my favorite time to indulge in food so choosing a smoothie over something crunchy, savory or sweet was tough but I did it! I've completed one whole day of cleansing, my way. For me, this is a big deal. I love food and have tried many times to do a cleanse but have fallen short. Here is to staying strong and determined.
