*crackles knuckles* David Matteo is an Italian immigrant, born in the early 1900′s. Had a shit father and grew up on the streets for the majority of his teenage life. (At least until Arthur took him in.) He’s rough around the edges, a brawler, and tends to hit first and think later. Acting tough and looking angry is the safer option where he’s concerned, kept people from taking advantage of his situation. He’s a good guy though, provided he trusts someone enough to let them see any other side. David’s a lovable dork and hates dressing formally,and who’d not hesitate to lay down his life for the few people he holds close. Uses his reputation to look after kids in similar straits. He struggled quite a bit with his sexuality and the fact that he developed feelings for the man who took him under his wing.  And there’s way, way more but I don’t have the world-building logs to remember much else 8′D Which is upsetting tbh but what can ya do.
