Chinese Real Estate investors have recently switched their investment focus from their seemingly ever-growing real estate sector in China, to the U.S real estate market as their choice ground for investment.  This is evidence that the Chinese real estate market may begin to cool down.  Sizable equity was acquired by Chinese real estate firm Greenland Holding Group Co. in the notable New York City project this past year, “The Atlantic Yards Project,” and EB-5 investors invested in “The Atlantic Yards II Project.”

According to research firm Real Capital Analytics Inc., Greenland Holding Group Co. is targeting and committing to a number of multi-billion dollar development projects outside of China; New York City is their focus and makes up the bulk of their intended investment.

These details only further point to the many reasons for such growing demand for the positive benefits EB-5 investments offer to investors and their families.  A solid return on investment, green cards for the investor and their immediate family, excellent U.S education for their children, as well as safety for one’s family are just some of the important benefits one can attain through an EB-5 investment.
