This is my very first time here in Davao City, and surprisingly, my very first trip here in Mindanao Islands. To be honest, I used to stigmatized and stereotyped Mindanao, until I learned about them last 2016. I used to hear positive things about this city, until I planned and then, I did it for the first time. Davao City is way more different than the rest of my country (though, some other cities or places are prettily catching up and they’re fare so well in terms of discipline, cleanliness, orderliness, and many more). This is my first night here and I enjoyed walking during this time, and it’s so safe, and most of the people here are well-disciplined and friendly, but no tolerance to those who break the laws (like no smoking law).
