Who does not know cigarettes? surely all already know. cigarettes are rolls of tobacco wrapped in paper, leaves, or corn husks. They become more susceptible to disease and wasteful. Smoking has pervaded in all societies, Almost every age has started smoking, and also the influence of interaction and the environment.

These smokers think that smoking can make them feel happy, relaxed, and comfortable. However, they do not think that smoking is very harmful for the health of themselves and others who are around them. This is because smoking has very bad effect on human health because all substances which are contained in cigarettes are very dangerous

There are so many dangerous substances which are contained in cigarettes such as nicotine, tar, and other toxic materials. Even its smoke could pose serious problems for the health of people around smoker.

Firsthly, that smoking affects your health.   If  you smoke,your physical condition will be negatively  affected, so it will be very difficult for you to succeed in sports. Also, smoking produces lethal diseases like cancer and reduces the length and quality of your life. Maybe you don’t notice all the physical effects of smoking immediately, but you surely will be sorry one day.

Secondly, the substances which are contained in cigarette such as tar, nicotine and carbon monoxide are the most dangerous substances. Tar contains approximately forty- three ingredients that can cause cancer or called as carcinogens substances. Nicotine which is contained in cigarettes is a substance that can cause addiction effect so the smoker will be hard to quit smoking. Moreover Nicotine is also substance in cigarettes that can cause heart disease. Even 25 % of heart disease’s patients are caused by smoking. In addition, smoking can also cause impotence, disorders of pregnancy and fetus.

Lastly, smoking does not only cause a person to get sick. but can also lead to addiction to cigarettes. because once trying to smoke then we are part and if we offer to friends, our friends can also ketagian too.

Based on the information above, it is clear that smoking is very dangerous to health of smoker and people around them. Therefore let us avoid smoking habit starting from us because if it does not start from our own we cannot change anything in our surround. Then we can remind our friends, family and people which are close to us to stay away from cigarettes because it would harm them. Smoking is good but no smoking is better. Without cigarettes our life will be healthly.
