Illustrious as it was, Raymond’s existence had only spanned a little less than six months so far, and despite knowing Darrell for all of those almost-six months, his handle on the nuances of brotherly interaction was still flimsy. The saccharine note in Darrell’s voice could have been glaze meant to sweeten a lie. Alternately, Darrell was being his dweebish self again.

“Laser cannon?”

“Relaaax, I’ve ran from the cops plenty’a times. You just gotta give ‘em the ol’ Bender-slipperoo.”

 The bending unit peers at the half-full bottle he had drank from and quickly removes a form of fabric from within his compartment. He tucks the fabric into the bottle and then burps (the screen that was his mouth emitting fire as he does so) and the fabric catches fire itself. Bender tosses the make shift BOMB in the direction of the cop and then turns on the heel of his foot cup and begins to race in the opposite direction while they’re distracted.

No doubt that thing explodes on contact.

Professor Venomous highly DOUBTED there was a true emergency here. Why? Well, the scientist was attempting to reschedule a meeting time but the other villain became flustered and suddenly yelled about a problem that only Venomous could solve.
