This dude was in desperate need of a redo. For insight, his mentor was Fogwhisker, a rather ancient cat that is actually Havenpelt’s kit (they are a kit in the modern warrriors universe, as of Darkness Within). Darkpool has always been quiet and snappy, and is a true doctor at heart. He has no tolerance for whiners and finds day-to-day healing a necessary duty, but also a bit boring. However, he is incredibly loyal to RiverClan and is a bit of a stickler when it comes to helping other Clans, which makes him unpopular among the rest of the medicine cats. He is very impatient and wants to find an apprentice that has the same cool demeanor as him as well as a gifted memory capacity for herbs.

Darkpool is a strange and sly cat. Most of the medicine cats are either indifferent or bitter towards him, ever since he chose not to help out the other Clans when a disease broke out in the forest. He definitely puts RiverClan first, and doesn’t really engage with the other clans. One could say he is slightly corrupt, but cats of RiverClan approve of him and his dry sense of humor.
