Gon and Killua's friendship is literally my favorite thing in the entire world right now. They are so pure and open with each other and have complete trust in each other. They know they have nothing to hide from each other and it's the kind of friendship I hope to have one day :')
SAME TBH!!!!! like they both have complete and utter trust in each other, which allows them to trust themselves too. killua found a sense of belonging through gon’s support and happiness, and he was able to identify with his new friends, instead of the assassin path he was bred to take. gon opened up killua’s eyes to a life that is exciting and fun, and in return killua taught gon many life lessons that furthered his abilities and mindsets in a way that no one else was able to. killua taught gon that life is not always smooth sailing, but also taught him that there are always people there when things go astray. they just promote each other’s growth so much and it makes me cry rip
