Entirely too odd that Severus was sneaking around in order to hang out with Sirius Black. Really? When did he think becoming Sirius' secret friend was a good idea? Probably when they had spent a day speaking with each other and getting to understand one another better. It wasn't easy. The Gryffindor boys still picked on him, and he was still sarcastic and snarky... but when the two got together, they actually had a... pleasant time.

He had received a note earlier that afternoon that Sirius needed to speak with him-- so Severus had set aside a time for them to meet in one of the abandoned class rooms of the dungeon in order for them to speak. Severus was currently flipping through old dusty books, eyes narrowed on the pages as he waited, and upon hearing foot steps, the Slytherin boy turned to glance up... and smile lightly at his friend.
