That was proven to be harmful, and so people stopped, and now it's cats getting brain freeze, and soon more people will feed their cats ice cream and give their cats brain freeze, and then proper and caring cat owners on youtube will make psa videos, and then people will find other ways to scare or harm their cats for *~*~*hilarious*~*~* reactions, and the cycle continues. Can't people just be nice to cats for once. You can get the 'wacky cat' behaviour simply by playing with them, giving them catnip, or shake a bag of treats so they start meowing desperately at you, like...
