It hurt initially. Imagine when you've been kneeling or sitting for ages and you get up and your legs are super stiff and painful. But once the blood had flowed back to his legs he was okay.

He's still really wobbly, and he's always tensing up and giving himself aches, poor thing. And yeah, constantly worried he's doing it wrong and will get it trouble :( so it's pretty stressful but he IS okay and he'll get better
