These banana popsicles dipped in dark chocolate are a tasty treat that combines the naturally sweet bananas with the rich chocolate. Great for when you want something sweet on a hot day!
Ingredients: 4 ripe bananas. 200g dark chocolate. 50g chopped nuts optional. Popsicle sticks.
Instructions: Peel bananas and cut them in half. Insert a popsicle stick into each banana half and freeze them for at least 2 hours. Melt dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave, stirring until smooth. Dip each frozen banana half into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's fully coated. If desired, roll the chocolate-coated banana in chopped nuts before the chocolate sets. Place the coated bananas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze until the chocolate hardens, about 30 minutes. Once hardened, serve immediately or store in the freezer in an airtight container.
