Hello! Do you perhaps have some tips about approaching a rare and powerful pokemon?.. I often stay up at night for a while to have time for my projects, and sometimes it's nice to enjoy the view out of the window while getting some fresh air. I sometimes see a ghost type or two, an oddish on their way somewhere, or maybe a zubat. They all are quite interesting to watch, must admit. But recently there was someone else. I saw an oddly shaped shadow, just for a few seconds. After doing some research I'm pretty sure it's a darkrai, but they don't approach people easily and I want to befriend them... So I figured you might know a thing or two. Oh, and is there a way to minimize the effects of their presence? I don't think the nightmares would be enough to stop me from trying to interact, but there are other humans living around too
That is an enigma. Darkai are extremely rare and elusive Pokemon, so not that much is known about them or their biology.
Based on their structure I would say they’re likely non-carnivorous, so they might appreciate small gifts of fruits or veggies. Though, I’m assuming they eat physical food. It’s entirely possible they consume emotions like Impidimps, or life force like Lampents.
Darkai’s general demeanor is reclusive, but not completely antisocial, so it may be standoffish and it will take a while for them to warm up to the idea of socializing. From what I’ve gathered from recorded Darkai interactions, they are very suspicious and seem to appreciate acts of service more than gifts. Actions speaking louder than words, and all that.
There isn’t a lot on mitigating the effects of their powers, and the only known way of warding them off is Darkai’s counterpart, Cresselia. Her lunar feathers are capable of dispelling Darkai’s nightmares, and a mixture of her Drowsy Power and Snorlax Drowsy Powder can prevent them entirely.

I got so much time in figuring how to draw the eye. Stil i think that even in nightmares this pokemon can give you a hand to wake up or the soultion to your problems.
