I know everyone is hyped for BotW2: Tears of the Kingdom, especially after tonight's Nintendo Direct (and I am too! >U> Very much so!), but you know what caught me off guard? That they also announced a sequel to Fantasy Life. o_o I have so, so many fond memories of the first game, spending hours upon hours playing on my 3DS, mostly on my own, but sometimes also together with my brother. I loved the cute graphics and the characters (especially Pino, Daemon/Damien and Oden/Odin) and ahhhh! The announcement of a true sequel gave me so many feels. I immediately had to go and look through my files to find the old (and by old I mean positively ancient) fanarts I painted, back in the day.

The weather in Al Maajik became scorching hot; well, hotter than ever.
Damien, in his fortress, sat alone in his throne, sighing in his own thoughts. Odin was outside, doing his own duties. His mother, Demona, was taking a long nap since the morning after being up all night, bickering about the people in Castele and her hatred towards them after the incident of Erik and the Elder Dark Sultan. The Dark Sultan sighed again, not knowing what to do, rethinking in his mind.
"Oh, Goddess…" Damien said to himself, being dead bored "I wish my mother wasn't so entirely crazy over the people of Castele and wished to wage war against them…"
All he could ever think of what he might've never heard of, or so he thought…
…Friendship.
Damien then just sighed, awaiting to have his day over with.

This was… kinda rushed lol
I don't like rushing things, but I couldn't help but been thinking about drawing Fantasy Life artworks ever since playing the game. Damien Helbourne became my favorite Fantasy Life character x3, so I drew him and write a tiny, not so well written fanfic with it lol.
I swear, Damien looks like a girl when I drew him in my style XP. I should draw more Fantasy Life stuff, but might be afraid to because of how BAD they will turn out in my style, aggghhhh

re: King Erik, he's cursed into the body by the former Dark Sultan, but they're chill w/ each other so it's more of a joke between the two than anything
