“(Y/n)?” Loki asked from behind and you yelped, dropping the diary to the ground and kicking it under the bed with your heel. You turned to see him standing in the doorframe, a confused but satisfied grin on his face. He stepped forward, shutting the door behind him and taking off his boots. He set them next to his door and proceeded to slip off his jacket. You knew you weren’t going to get out of this room without a very good explanation.

“What are you doing in my chambers (y/n)?” He inquired, his grin only growing when your face caught fire and the heat spread through your cheeks.

“Um, uh, I-” you stammered and cleared your throat, “I needed to ask you something so I thought I’d wait for you here.” He laughed again.

“Could it not have waited until the morning?” You shook your head and looked downward at your feet that you now believed had to have held every secret of the known universe. His long fingers caught you under the chin and pulled your face up so that you had to meet his shockingly emerald eyes. “Then what was so important that you felt the need to slip into my chambers in the middle of the night without asking permission?”

You froze for a moment, stuck in those emerald pools but a slight tug on your chin snapped you back. “I-I was just wondering…” you trailed off.

“Yes?”

“I was wondering why you drew me.” You regretted the words as soon as they left your lips. Now he would know you went through his things and there would surely be a severe punishment from his father for breaking into the prince’s chambers and rifling through his possessions. His grip on your chin tightened and he his grin fell away to a look and anger that scared you beyond reasonable belief.

“How do you know that?” He questioned, his voice deep and gravely as his breath fanned across your face. When you didn’t answer he turned you both and slammed you against the wall next to his head board making you give a gasping yelp in pain and surprise. “Find your tongue girl or I will find it for you,” he growled lowly, his warm lips brushing the shell of your ear and his body pinning you to the cold surface of the wall.

“I-I went through your things my prince,” you stumbled over your words and cursed yourself for giving in so easily. A low growl rumbled in his chest and reverberated through yours before her grabbed your hands and pinned them above your head with one of his own. The other hand pressing into your throat a little less than gently.

“And what did you see?” He asked, his hand tightening little by little around your neck.

“Me. I saw me. A sketch. And my name. Many times. In a journal.” He nodded and pressed his lips to your ear again.

“You will be punished severely for this my pet. You will be punished hard and thoroughly so that I know you’ve learned your lesson. I will make you scream my name until that is all you know. I will do with you as I please so that you and everyone else in this castle that hears me do so will know that you are mine and that you have wronged. You will be my little example.” You shuddered beneath him, a heat spreading from between your legs and flowing through the rest of your body, making your knees buckle. You felt his smirk against your neck before he bit down rather harshly, making you cry out in pain. He sucked on the bite mark, surely creating a dark bruise. “Every time you do not do as I say or you speak without permission, I will leave another mark on your body. Do you understand?” You nodded vigorously. “Use your words pet”
