Lost TV show?
So there's this TV show I remember watching when I was younger but can't seem to find. From what I remember it was called, " Dark article" and was about a comic book that could predict the future. The main characters was a sister and brother with another girl that was their closest friend. They where portrayed as high school students. The antagonist of the show was a long haired emo boy and his equally emo friend.(girlfriend?) I think her name was Renee. There was also the owner of the comic book store that tried his best to keep the book away from the emo guy. I only remember a few scenes from the show but here's the one I remember the most.
The emo guy was performing some kind of ritual spell and needed some kind of sacrifice. Renee then handed him a bag of frozen mice and a tub of pig lard. Emo guy then starts to complain about the frozen mice. Which leads to the pair arguing.
Renee: here, I only found frozen.
Emo: at the pet store?
Renee: no, the grocery store. YES AT THE PET STORE!
That's all I remember from that scene. I believe it played on some kind of early morning tv show. It has to be public broadcasting since I didn't have any cable. I most likely discovered it by continuing to watch after the kid's cartoons had finished running. If you have any information on this show please let me know.
