One thing that I adore about Paralives is how paras of different heights can still have romantic interactions together (for the most part).

041. Melting Ice

There would be one man to melt the ice this queen had surrounded herself with. He would not be the equivalent to fire nor would he be another block of ice. No, he would be the most impeccable man that society had ever laid eyes on and her, heart within it’s icy cage, would beat again.

Not many knew that Pandora was capable of caring or loving but she was. Even an ice queen has a heart. The only thing was that she was rather feared than loved and her icy demeanour was her protection against getting hurt. Because if there was something Pandora Darcy feared it was being broken by the feeling many praised, love. 

When she eventually fell in love she fell hard without hitting the ground. She kept falling every time he smiled at her or even when they schemed. She never stopped falling and it was the only thing she could never control. Her feelings that had been carefully controlled since she was a young girl took control when he was near, there was nothing she could do.
