ahhh thank you so much!!! i was actually thinking of doing a similar blog aesthetic as yours since i love flowers and nature!!

but since i love the Mononoke anime series, and i already use it in my side blog, i decided to match the aesthetics! from there, i first chose the colour scheme yellow and blue based on the character's clothes and his lips. and the rest was lots of trial and error, trying out different stuff :')

oh that's such a hard question… i think my favourite book is either The Cruel Prince or the Chinese danmei Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation! i LOVE fantasy books :))

127. a book you'd read when you're missing somebody oof i guess any feel good book? definitely the house in the cerulean sea by tj klune, for example

129. a book with beautiful prose continuing with tj klune, his writing in wolfsong is absolutely gorgeous, i was blown away. i did also dnf the book for reasons tho

11. Which month was your favorite?: It had to be August! I spent time getting ready for the Nursing program, so the stress of that hadn’t set it and it was new and exciting and I started dating my man, @bubbythebird, who changed my life completely. August, sincerely, still holds my heart.

16. What did you do that you’re proud of?: Here’s the truth- I didn’t pass level 1 of the nursing program this semester, but I’m damn proud that unlike my classmates who started dropping out of the program like flies, I stuck through it until the end, fighting tooth and nail for my spot in level 2 and i failed by one point. I hated myself for a few solid weeks and even now find it hard to be happy with myself, but I’m just so proud that I didn’t give up and I knew I gave it my all. Nursing is not a program to be taught online and I was only able to attend lecture once a week, so the fact that I was solely skating off of my own self teaching in one of the hardest majors really is something I need to be proud of. I’m going to redo level 1 this upcoming semester and I swear I’m going to ensure success this time and I will never give up. I genuinely just want to be the best nurse I can be. I’m also proud that I survived the program when my boyfriend left for the military for the last 3 months because it was hard as hell being apart from him and we’re still going to be apart this semester, but it was so new and we were only able to communicate through letters for 2 of those months so it was tough, but I handled it and the nursing program with way more grace than I thought I was capable of.

start working out regularly again; my body feels like that of a 90 yr old atm and idk about you but i’m not ready to be 90 yet

get back to italian (it’s a miracle the duo owl hasn’t murdered me in my sleep yet)

textbook - have you ever pulled an all nighter? believe it or not, i haven’t! the closest i’ve come is going to bed at 3:30am only to wake up again at 5:30... unless we’re counting going out/clubbing and then going home for exactly 1h to have a shower and change into fresh clothes & head straight back to uni... in that case i have, multiple times lol (it’s missing the good old uni life hours:/)

moon - who is someone who always brings you comfort? My best friend! :’) having sb i can be 1000% honest and myself with and who i know will drop everything to come to my help whenever i need it is truly *chef’s kiss*.. you know those kinds of people that radiate calm and always know just the right things to say to comfort you? yeah my bestie’s one of them and i’m still baffled by how on earth i managed to snatch her for myself lol alternatively,,,, andrew minyard

quiet - who is your favorite person to talk to? again, my bestie :) we literally talk about anything and everything and it never fails to boost my mood by 34567%... i once saw the quote: ‘stay close to people that feel like sunshine’ and honestly, that’s exactly what hanging out with her is - lying in a patch of sunlight on a warm autumn day, with golden foliage above you and your belly hurting from laughter.

SWEATERS - what’s your favorite way to keep warm? (sweaters, hoodies, flannels, sitting by a fire, etc.) ahh i was hoping sb would ask this one :)) i’m a fluffy socks enthusiast lol, and i also love fluffy jumpers and pants - they’re literally made of the fluffy socks material and if you’ve never thought about them before,,,, your life’s about to become 309x better - you’re welcome (+ i really enjoy making a fire in our fireplace, it creates such a cozy ambience)

CHESTNUTS - what’s your favorite way to spend your free time? at the moment i’ve a lot going on uni-wise, so my go-to have become just watching netflix while enjoying cuddles from my cat, facetiming my bestie, or meeting up with her to go for a walk to regain some sanity and inner peace :)
