You know there’s an alternate universe where Pond and Santa got their spots as KPop artists and Daou and Joong made it in China and…like I know the current timeline is pretty bad but I think that one might be worse. Definitely less joyfully goofy and gay.

The latest episode of The Wicked Game was…a lot. The plot is plotting, the twists are turning. I’m not even going to touch the plot points, I am here to comment on one thing and one thing only:
The shootout scene drove me INSANE. Than brought one (1) singular handgun, so at the most generous estimate maybe like nine bullets. Enter five guys with guns, including one machinegun, and instead of preserving his bullets because again he has ONE. SINGULAR. HANDGUN, he fires back through the window when they should have been hustling, not only useless but wastes precious seconds and lets your enemy pinpoint your location.
Then during the shootout, the secretary while laying down machinegun fire manages to hit no one. Two dudes with one gun, and you can’t hit them. Than somehow manages to fire off more shots than should be possible based on the clip capacity of his handgun.
If you are making an action drama, BL or no, at least like, try with the action scenes? The fight from episode 1 was also terribly choreographed, like Daou hard carried that. I grew up on action movies and it really irks me when they’re so bad that they take you straight out of an otherwise top-tier story (which The Wicked Game absolutely is).
