We are BACK baby.
I was working on one arm roll ups pre-covid and hadn't been able to do any completely successfully. When I came back to the studio several months ago, I felt like I'd never get back to where I was. It felt insurmountable, like I'd peaked and I'd never get any better.
Hard work (and extra protein shakes) does. pay. off. I am so overjoyed and excited that, even though it's only 2 rolls, I've been able to successfully roll up and roll down. I've never felt so strong and proud. I'm so excited to keep perfecting this skill.
