Dear diary,

I have four sons and no daughters. A lot of people have asked me over the years if I would have wanted a daughter. Especially when I was expecting Manuel more then 5 years ago. It would have been precious to have a daughter but at the same time I completly happy as a boymom. But now that my sons are getting older, 14, 12, 7 and 5 years old, the first one noticed a girl.

I'm very excited about this new season of life for me as a mother but at the same time I keep thinking 'where did my little boy go?'. I'm not sure if this girl will stick for Daniel but that's alright. The future will tell and they have all the time in their lives to figure out who they want to spend their lives with.

I'm spending it with my flowers, my husband and my wonderful four boys.

Dear diary,

My baby is already one year old! I can't believe it! He is such a sweetie! My baby years are now really over with my youngest being a toddler. I'm looking back with tears in my eyes, they were beautiful years. But, also looking forward to the next fase.

Ismael and Manuel! My two youngest, 2,5 years apart. I can't believe how fast they are growing up.

All my boys, Daniel, Rafael, Ismael and Manuel. They are 10, 8, 3 and 1 year old. I love all of them so much!

Dear dairy,

We have been blessed with a fourth son! I was a bit sad that we didn't have a girl. This is our last baby and I would have loved to have a daughter. But then I realised that if this would have been a daughter, she would only have brothers. I loved having a special relation with my sisters. So I'm very thankful for a fourth son. I hope all my boys will have a great bond with eachother.

We named him Manuel Andrew Weber. So now our sons are Daniel, Rafael, Ismael and Manuel. I love it. All such powerful meaning for my boys.

They where all thrilled to see their little brother. So special to see their bond with Manuel alreadys starting to grow.

In the mean time my heart aches from sadness for my little sister Susanna. She lost her husband way to young. He was only in his twenties. He left her behind with six little childeren. She is having the hardest time of her whole life. I can't imagen life without Lukas.

Dear diary,

Lukas works now all week from early mornings to late at night. So the boys don't see there father often. We try to use the weekends to make up with that. We often go somewhere special to have quality time with our boys. It's so much fun.

We went to the parc and to the swimmingpool in the last two weeks. Daniel loves it but Rafael sometimes makes a bit of a fuss when he can't join his older brother at the big play things or in the big swimmingpool.

I bought a new swimmingsuit for our outing to the swimmingpool. I always wore a long dress when swimming. But it isn't handy at all while swimming. So I'm trying out something a little smaller. Lukas loves it and so do I.

We have been thinking about moving recently. We want a bigger house for our little family. We now have only two bedrooms, one for Lukas and me and one for the boys. But that is also where Lukas has to do work from home. So we want a place with three or four bedrooms.

For now we don't have enough money to buy a new place. This has me thinking even more to start working myself. I want to do something more then only sitting at home, cleaning, cooking and taking care of the childeren.

Dear diary,

My little boy Daniel is already 4 years old! He is such a sweetheart and curious about everything. He always stuns us with his questions.

I always had long hair. But it irritated me more and more lately. So I cut a big shunk off. Lukas was very pleased with my new hairstyle so I'll keep it for now. I'm now totally used to my pants. I love wearing them. It's so much easier with a lot of activities, especially with young boys.

We made another big decision. Our son will go to public school. Both me and Lukas went to a private christian school but we didn't feel like that would provide Daniel with enough knowledge. Lukas has moments in his current job as a cook that would wish he had more schooling when he was younger. So we figured this was the rigth move for our little family.

All these talks about knowledge has me thinking sometimes. I'm a stay at home mom to two little boys. I cook, I clean, I take care of my boys but will this be my life for ever? What do I want to learn?
