Danielle Anne
What's in a name?
I discovered a while ago what "Danielle" and "Anne" mean. And I think they're telling me something. Here's what I copied from Wikipedia:
DanielleĀ is theĀ FrenchĀ femaleĀ variant of the male nameĀ Daniel, meaning "God is my judge" in theĀ Hebrew language. The name appears in the Bible, where Daniel survives a night in a den of lions. The more common feminine version is "Daniella" or "Daniela" which is used in English, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish speaking countries. It is an especially popular name in Germany and Italy.
Anne, alternatively spelledĀ AneĀ orĀ AnnĀ is a form of theĀ LatinĀ female given nameĀ Anna. This in turn is a representation of the HebrewĀ HannahĀ orĀ Hanani, meaning 'He [= God] has favoured me', the name of the mother of the prophetĀ Samuel.Ā Anne is a common name inĀ France.
Wow. I didn't know my name was so biblical and European. Oh, and take a look at "God is my judge" and "He has favoured me" it's like there's a hidden message in them. Does this mean that at one point in my life, I would have a huge downfall which will make people look down on me or judge me, but I'd keep in mind that only God can judge me, and then I would get through that depressing stage and carry on with my life because God is merciful and will have forgiven me? Or is it my current stage in life, because I do have a reputation for being a really bad person, but others shouldn't judge me and God will favor me in the future?
I don't know. To be honest, I'm not making any sense. My work here is done. Move along now. Forget what I said. Scroll past. Notice the next post. Nothing to see here.
