Stand in amazement as he frightens children then weep with him as he contemplates suicide!
Follow Johnny's adventures in this premier issue that promises to be a huge hit. Newcomer Jhonen Vasquez's cool art style and great mood go well with the twisted stories and dark philosophies of this book.
Fans of really sick and twisted entertainment should go nuts for Johnny."

Oh oh...Harry what have you done ??
Monkie…
Some main forms for JV one of my sonas. They also turn into other monsters but its just so fun to draw monkey mode.
@latecomersprivilege tumblr has cruelly decided that i'm not allowed your answer your beautiful message re this post, but i can't be stopped because honestly ever since kimi's first win, when i had to see toto and kimi's dad give a joint interview on sky sports (and thus remembered that toto wasn't even there for george's first win!), i've been possessed by a demon, and i need a sabbatical from my real life to have time to process it all
because the more i think about it, it's so clear to me that george isn't looking for a new father in toto per say. first of all, he never had a father in the first place — he had a manager. and when he was 18 and when he put on his little suit to meet toto in his office and when he sat down his father to tell him that he didn't want him to be involved in his career anymore, it was only because he realised he needed a better one.
george has talked about that transition as being let out of a cage, but i think what's less publicly acknowledged by him is that mercedes is a cage too (one where, for the pleasure of being in their youth programme, he isn't allowed to negotiate for himself and where he can't talk to other teams).
so the actual difference, i think, is the trust george has in toto to do right by him as long as george is keeping up his end of the bargain (versus his dad again, who as we know would lie to him about his lap times).
like just thinking about how when toto comes on russell radio, he rarely has anything good to say. like usually it's criticism! but mr. little canonical praise kink still laps it up and says things like "i enjoyed hearing toto on the radio" because in his mind, toto is hard on people he cares about, because love is something you earn. "those who show they deserve it are rewarded." "perform and i'll sort the rest."
very telling that when he tries to be encouraging to kimi, it reads as psychotic to everyone at home ("NO PRESSURE KIMI. WE JUST NEED ONE CLEAN LAP. YOU HAVE SIX MINUTES.") it's not his area of expertise! but he's trying because kimi is a baby (a baby who was the same age george was when he fired his dad btw) and kimi, to his mind, is vulnerable and a little soft and needs protecting. and kimi doesn't seem to mind! george would actually die lmao, but i guess kimi is built different
(toto, of course, likes to be pushed too. "go on, hurt me, give me something i don't want to hear." and he is low key very emotional! to go back to my favourite quote of his, where he said that he 'always' watches the podiums on the tv in the garage (a famous lie), i did notice that he wasn't at the podium in china, even though it was surely one of the best moments of his life lmao. my guy needed a minute alone to decompress, lest he accidentally lose control)
but i digress and i DO want to talk about alex!!
because alex's daddy issues in the sport are also so interesting to me — like i don't think it's at all a coincidence that he's chosen long-term stability at williams over making the jump to a different team. i was soo so annoyed at him when he announced his contract extension in 2024 (and famously turned down red bull don't forget!) but what he's looking for is trust too. part of that is of course down to how he was treated at red bull, but i think it's so telling (as the son of an apparently absent father) that when he's asked what JV is like, he always says "honest." and he's talked about being at williams as finally allowing him to look outside of the immediate short-term
also thinking about how JV has described alex as "reassuring" to the team more than once — which is unsurprising to me honestly, because as the oldest son & "head of the household", i'm sure he's been in a position to be reassuring a lot. alex "it feels normal to sacrifice" albon
so looking at the GALEX of it all, if alex values stability and george values respect, those are some very fun ingredients to cook up some angst in your friends to lovers fanfiction. an alex who can't let himself risk the stability of his decades-long relationship with george by asking for something more and george who thinks that love follows action! two guys that value honesty but find themselves in a situation where being honest could ruin everything else! delicious delicious daddy issues soup
