using this ask as an excuse to elaborate but yea nah the thing is i dont want ppl stressing too much about the referencing art boundary of mine cuz while it is something that im mildly strict about, i dont want people sweating their ass off overthinking about whether their character/art was subconsciously based off mine, or that it looks too similar, etc.

main thing for me is intention, cuz i dont want people taking inspo with the clear intention to BE LIKE me and just me alone (it gets can get really clear who does and who doesn't do this) but u should be taking elements of inspo with some other things you like included to make something more personal to you :3

The phrase “this is not about sexual assault” remains terribly unconvincing when the immediate reaction involves sexual assault. If something is really off topic, it must not even be mentioned in the explanation. However, if it is mentioned, the discussion is altered instead of made clearer.

On the one hand, it is claimed that “this screenshot isn’t about sexual assault” and on the other hand, sexual assault commentary is given, which in fact contradicts that claim. It is at that moment that sexual assault has become part of the argument, whether this was the stated intention or not.

This is not a case of misinformation correction. It rather clouds the issue by raising a very delicate matter and at the same time claiming it is not related. This tactic leads to confusion and shifts emotional focus rather than dealing with the core of the accusation directly.

When a person is publicly labeled as a “pathological liar” and at the same time proof is asked for, it is not going to be considered as neutral skepticism. Actually, it is a credibility assault. After one has depicted the victim as being totally untrustworthy, all the proofs that come out are already rejected even before they are looked at. That is not accountability at all. That is controlling the narrative.

If one consistently demands evidence but at the same time does not recognize the place where the evidence is, that would not be interpreted as good faith. Whenever individuals direct attention to records, pictures, and proofs from third parties, the reaction is always “I’m not seeing it,” “that doesn’t count,” or “it might be fake.” At a certain moment, this is no longer thorough checking but rather intentional evasion.

I'm going to talk about Gothmoth's situation:

Before you're going to jump at me: I want to mention that I don't intend to ignore it or remove Gothmoth's SA and immigrant situation and they deserve respect and care and I hope they're feeling okay and safe now!!! but also it removes and completely ignore skellophrenia's SA too and what bizz does is form of comparing some sort form of "My best friend is an SA victim and immigrant and I didn't hurt them" bringing your best friend's trauma just to win an argument is messed up, either you received permission from them or not doesn't erase the skellophrenia's impact from your fans who dox and threatening her with ICE.

And bringing your best friend's trauma saying: "my best friend is an immigrant and a SA survivor" does not disprove what happened to skellophrenia, it doesn't negate doxxing and ICE threats, it doesn't erase harm and impact from skellophrenia, it just reframes the conversation around you again and ignore skellophrenia's SA and focus on your best friend's SA which it's messed up, both survivors deserve to be treated with care, that means not selectively put SA when it is useful for defense when accountability shows up.

No one asks you to apologize or to be perfect but the lack of accountability and responsibility, lack of control over fans and followers, keep dismissing and make contradictions ends up in this situation where we are right now.

Nothing more, nothing less but if bizz genuinely wants to be like this then don't come at me crying why people is tired and not taking their side.
