Anyone else have a local cryptid? We have a new one in my town!
We do have a local monster (not gonna dox myself, but we did get a shout-out on the Xfiles once). And we did have a unicycle guy wearing a bow tie who commuted to work on the thing.
Currently, we have a dancing guy. He wears big headphones and has what looks like a Walkman, and he just fucking dances. He looks like someone’s 80s dad, and it is super fun. He is not in trouble, he pops up in random locations, and he seems like he’s just having fun.
And I have to let you know, he is not a busker or street performer (we normally only get buskers around in the summer, and only in the downtown area). He doesn’t usually dance in good areas to even interact with the public face to face because it is usually on the side of a major roadway with only a little pedestrian access.
He is fun, he is becoming a local legend. Anyone else have a wacky character?
