Was called to this job Friday by a concerned electrician. The divers kept tripping and wouldn’t stay on, the far wall is earth retaining, the wall appeared went, the owner didn’t want the wall plaster taking off, it was thought water was running down the wire from outside as both back boxes were rusted. Some what restricted we cut out the back boxes and raised them to 450mm pulling out the wire, it was then noted that there was a water proof system in place. We stripped off the paper and added thermal plus insulated plaster boards fixed with acrylic and instastik.
