you hear a rumbling but are unaware from where it’s coming from until a portal appears on the roof of the shop! Out come delicious, steaming, fresh couch potatoes! They tumble, they spin, they release their delicious aroma!  But wait! the portal isn’t done! With a great flutter a horde of Flutter (Butt)ers come flapping out in all their nude glory! They chase the potatoes in a flurry of ribbons! They want to sit! they want to melt!

*Edgar hears the sound of a portal opening and smells the delicious scent of a new Wonderland food item. The hatchlings have just had their baths, and as soon as he gets them tucked into their nests, he plans to wander out of the nursery for a quick snack on whatever new delicacy has arrived at the shop. Excited beep and peeps sound from the nests of the youngest hatchlings, and soon the older hatchlings, who are able to speak some words are leaning out of their nests, pointing at the sky and delightedly exclaiming: “Butts! Butts!”

*Edgar huffs and ruffles his feathers. What is the meaning of this? Such language is not allowed in the nursery! His eyelights follow the tiny pointing fingers to see… butts. Butts just zooming around the nursery willy-nilly, inciting the outcry! If the hatchlings don’t stop talking about butts soon, the intermediate hatchlings will latch onto the word and…

*“Butts! Butts! Butts! Butts!”

*With an indignant outcry, Edgar shoos the flying butts out of the nursery, but the damage is already done, and the butt chant continues long after the Couch Potatoes and Flutter (Butt)ers have been consumed.

hold a plushy error made between them? they each hold on to opposite hands of each plushy?

maybe he rattles on? talks about everything and nothing at all. just inks voice in a calm even tone talking so error can focus?

Maybe try and distract him? Tell him crazy stories of things he did. Or even sing one of the songs from Undertale. Take his mind off whatever is bothering him until he calms down

I think distraction makes a lot of sense! Because Error might have trouble articulating what is actually making him so upset, whether angry or depressed, so just distracting him or talking about things he likes (ink tbh) to help him calm down is the best way to do things! 

I like the idea of Ink giving him something physical but not alive to hang on to, as a way of touching without touching. Something distracting in his hands. Comfort, but not anxiety inducing. I don’t know if a plushie will work in the context of this story, but I’ll think of something else of the same nature.

This is nugget my kitten. He’s about to be one year old on the 12. He likes to sleep on his back and walk on me in the middle of the night.

This big beautiful pupper is Dexter my emotional support pupper in his dapper vest. He’s grey on the muzzle and getting on in life but he’s my bestest boy and will steal a sandwich in the blink of an eye. He loves to lick toes.

I actually have the submission option turned off on this blog, primarily due to the fact that when I had it open, I immediately had issues with spam bots and a couple very nasty images that nearly were published without permission. The third request I received for my 100 followers event was from my dearest @damnedxfate who requested chubby skeleton mermaids! I haven’t drawn anything Undertale-related in a very long time, and even when I did, I didn’t do it much, so I hope this looks okay! This one probably took the longest to finish just because I didn’t like how it looked at first, but then I added details like the clothing and scars and then I liked it a lot more! It’s now probably my second favorite out of the whole bunch, haha
