Another vet to this game who gave up? Shame really...

One way to win Alioth’s heart is to talk to him about space, and maybe even do some space crafts with him. Obviously he loves space, seeing as he’s a star and all that, and he gets homesick a lot, so doing anything space related with him will make him feel so much better. And it’ll make him trust you.
