The third program is the USDA Loans. These loans are created on properties within a rural area that is qualified. The loans are available to applicants with low and moderate income but still be able to afford housing payments including the monthly payment amount. USDA Loans have more benefits;
i. Down payment is not required
ii. Lenders and closing fees can be incorporated into the loan.
iii. People with lower income and good credit history can afford.
iv. Has fixed rates of 15-year and 30-year.
v. The costs for Repair and Renovations can be incorporated into the loan.
