g-d forbid you tell someone to rethink their use of the r-word and do some research so they can learn the history and the impact of it. Because now apparently it's being construed that I'm being "self-righteous" and "not letting some self identify" and apparently saying "do better" in regards to thinking about impact of the language you use negates everything else i said. :)

I think I'd prefer a job where there were more repetitive tasks
